1 - Cups Unsweetened Frozen berries

Cup Frozen Apple Juice Concentrate

1 Tablespoons Minute Tapioca


Mix ingredients and let stand for 5 minutes. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Cool for 20 minutes. Put in jars and store in refrigerator.


Sugarless Strawberry Jam

1 T Gelatin

2 C Crushed Strawberries

1 T lemon Juice

1 -2 T liquid artificial sweetener


Soften gelatin in Cup of the crushed strawberries. After 5 minutes dissolve over hot water. Combine gelatin mixture, strawberries, lemon juice and desired amount of liquid artificial sweetener and mix well. Pour into prepared jars and seal. The jam must be refrigerated and will keep for up to 6 weeks. Yields 2 Cups.

Sugar Free Strawberry Pie

1- Baked 9 Pie Shell

4- Cups sliced or whole strawberries, washed and hulled

Glaze: 1- Box Jello brand sugar free vanilla pudding,(Cooked, not instant)-4 serving size

1- Box Jello brand sugar free strawberry jello,-4 serving size

2 - Cups Cold Water


In a saucepan mix pudding mix, jello mix and 2 cups water. Stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat. Cool in refrigerator until slightly thickened. Arrange strawberries in pie shell. Pour cooled mixture over berries. Chill Until set. Serve with whipped cream.


Sugar Free Strawberry Pineapple Salad

1- (3oz) Package Sugar Free Strawberry Gelatin

- Cup boiling water

1- 10oz Package frozen unsweetened strawberries

1- 8oz can crushed pineapple, Unsweetened

1- Medium banana, sliced

1- Cup plain, low fat yogurt


Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Chill until mixture is the consistency of egg whites. Fold in strawberries, pineapple with juice and banana. Pour half of the mixture into 9 x 13 pan. Chill until firm. Keep remaining gelatin at room temperature. Spread yogurt evenly over chilled and set gelatin. Pour remaining gelatin over yogurt. Chill Until Firm. Cut into square and serve.
