For each serving use 1/3 Cup crushed strawberries, ¼ Cup milk
Add 1 large scoop of vanilla ice cream, and additional crushed strawberries, if desired; top with carbonated water.
Serve in champagne glasses. Serves 4-6.
Combine ¾ cup sugar with 1 ¼ cups water; boil 3-5 Minutes; cool. Add ¾ cup water, 1 ¼ cups fresh lime juice and 1 ¼ cups pureed fresh or fresh frozen strawberries. Serve chilled with extra fruit or mint leaves
First freeze 3 cups fresh Strawberries
1/3 cup lemon or lime juice, ¼ cup sugar and ½ cup rum
Add partially thawed berries, blend until smooth.
Strawberry Milk Shake
¾ - Cup fresh or fresh-frozen strawberries
2- Tbsp. Honey or Maple Syrup
2- Cups Cold Milk
1- Cup Ice Cream
Puree berries in blender; add remaining ingredients, blend until smooth. Serve
1- Cup fresh or fresh-frozen strawberries
1- Cup fine sugar
1- Egg white
Wash and crush strawberries; add remaining ingredients. Beat together until stiff. Serve chilled garnished with extra berries.
4- Cups fresh or frozen strawberries
1- tsp. lemon juice
½- Cup whipping cream
¾- Cup sour cream
Sugar to taste
Puree strawberries with lemon juice and sugar. Whip cream and combine with sour cream; stir into berry puree. Chill, serve in individual dessert dishes with cake or cookies.
½ Cup Fresh or Frozen Strawberries
6 oz Tequila
6 oz Triple Sec
4 oz Lime Juice
1 Tray Ice Cubes
Mix in blender until ice is shaved. Serves 4-6
2 Cups of Fresh or Frozen strawberries
2/3 Cup Light Rum
½ Cup Cream of Coconut
1 Cup of Ice
Place strawberry, rum and cream of coconut in blender, cover and process on high until pureed. Add Ice cover and blend until smooth. Makes 4
Berry Yogurt Shake
¾ Cup Fresh strawberries
2 T honey
1 Cup Cold Milk
1 Cup Yogurt
Puree berries in blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Serves 2
